A streamlined one-time workshop (60 minutes) to introduce you to the concept of matrescence, its various domain changes, and why learning about it matters for your well-being in new motherhood. Can be taken as a standalone class, or as a wonderful introduction to our Fertile Ground 6-Week Series. Open to expecting, new, and newish mothers.

What we'll cover:

• The concept of matrescence and its significance in supporting maternal well-being

• The different areas of life affected by becoming a mother (beyond the physical)

• The emotional challenges commonly experienced in the transition to motherhood
