OUR VALUES

Vision

A world where every mother is empowered with the knowledge and support to navigate the profound journey of motherhood with confidence and resilience.

Mission

We exist to transform maternal health by offering accessible, evidence-based education and support that normalizes the comprehensive changes of motherhood. Our mission is to empower mothers to navigate these complexities with confidence and resilience, equipping them with knowledge and tools to foster greater self-awareness, prepare them for each stage of the journey, and encourage their personal growth.

We Define Mothers As…

Seed Mother defines mothers as all those who self-identify as a mother, who perform mothering labor (such that all genders can also mother, just as women do), or who make caregiving the next generation a central part of their lives, including all the ways people come to that work including via pregnancy, surrogacy, fostering, or adoption.
